| 摘 要： | 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等测试手段，从微观组织、断口形貌、应力分析等角度，分析了板式换热器开裂失效的原因。结果表明，设备的失效是在焊接时受到敏化处理，在一定条件下所产生的晶间型应力腐蚀裂纹而导致的。

| Abstract: | By using optical microscope and SEM, with respects to microstructure, fracture surface and stress distribution, the cracking of plates in plate heat exchanger was analyzed. It has been shown that the failure of the equipment was caused by the cracking initiated from intergranular stress corrosion when being sensitive treatment after welding process. |
