摘    要:针对汽车冲压线端拾器设计过程中的经验依赖性和装配过程中的调整繁琐性问题,分析了组成端拾器的标准件数字化模型、端拾器的空间结构和装配关系。分别在标准件建模、模型简化、装配数学模型方面,进行了关键技术的研究。基于CATIAV5虚拟装配环境,提出了相应解决方案,实现了端拾器的自动化虚拟装配。为现场的实物装配提供了操作指导,也为不同行业中同类装配体的自动化装配提供了参考。

Abstract:On the automobile press line, to solve both design problem of dependence on operational experience and the iterative adjustment in assembling process, the accessible digital models of all standard parts, the spacial structure and assembling relation are analyzed respectively. Furthermore, the key technologies are researched on four sides of standard part modeling, model simplifying, and mathematic model. And in the virtual assembly environment based on CATIA V5, the corresponding solutions are presented respectively to realize the auto matic virtual assembly for whole tooling. By this research work, the advantages are obvious to direct the real assembling on the press line, and to provide references to the similar assemblv in other industries.
