推挺摇配气机构动力学分析

摘    要:采用Pro/E建立三维装配模型,在ADAMS施加约束、力、运动激励之后完成推挺摇配气机构的系统模型建立。运用多体动力学原理进行配气机构的动力学分析,避开了传统分析方法繁杂的公式推导和计算,同时增强了仿真分析的可示性。分析的结果表明该机构运行良好,但气门通过能力有待进一步提高。

Abstract:Three-dimensional model of underneath type valve trains is assembled using Pro/E.System model for valve trains is created after applied constraint condition(e.g.force,motion,curve to curve contact etc).Valve trains' kinematics and dynamics characteristics are simulated using the multi-body system dynamics theory,and conventional dynamics analysis method with complex formula derivation and computation is avoided in the article,at the same time,simulation demonstration is amplified.The analysis results obtained show that its working performance is generally good except that the air-pass ability have to be improved.
