磨削力磨削温度信号数据采集和处理系统

摘    要:根据平面磨削力和磨削温度信号的特点,本文研制了可同时自动对磨削力及温度进行在线测量和数据处理的微机数据采集和处理系统。对几种材料的实际磨削过程测量表明,测量简便快速,结果稳定准确,消除了人工繁琐的数据处理和计算。

Abstract:One of the most important problems in metal cutting is how to measure cutting forces and temperature in a quick and accurate way.The modern way is to apply a microcomputer to the measuring process. References1]2]3]presented a method which can collect and process the continuous signals of forces and temperature by using microcomputer.However, it is suitable for turning and milling only. The main contribution of this paper is to present a new measuring method which can collect and process the stepwise continuous signals of surface grinding forces and surface grinding temperature.Both grinding forces and peak value of transient grinding temperature can be measured quickly and accurately simu- ltaneously. The measuring system based on this method makes the measuring process quick and convenient.The results obtained with grinding titanium alloys,steel, and high temperature alloys have shown that this measuring system is stable and dependable.
