摘    要:以渐开线型指尖密封为例 ,建立了以低迟滞率为目标的优化模型 ;并基于ANSYS软件平台 ,进行了指尖密封结构参数优化分析 ,获得了某工况条件下具有低迟滞率的指尖密封结构参数。所提出的分析方法和结果为指尖密封装置的进一步优化设计奠定了基础

Abstract:Finger seal is a new kind of sealing technology th at can be used in gas turbines with competitive properties. Study on this techno logy is helpful for improving the performance of gas turbine. As an example, the structural optimization model of finger seal with involute shape-curve is pres ented, whose objective function is low hysteresis of finger seal. Based on the A NSYS software package, the structural optimization of finger seal is carried out and a set of optimum parameters is obtained, which offers a useful method and r esult for further study on finger seal.
