| 摘 要： | 对国内外低碳城市的理论研究和规划建设实践进行了回顾和总结,提出低碳城市规划主要应关注城市形态、土地利用、产业发展、能源利用、交通模式、城市建筑等方面,并针对低碳城市与生态城市的关系、低碳城市规划的定位、理论基础以及低碳城市评价指标体系等方面进行了初步探讨,提出低碳城市深入研究的方向。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the theories and practices on low-carbon urban planning and construction home and abroad.It points out that low-carbon urban planning should focus on the urban form,land use,industrial development,energy use,traffic pattern,and architectures,etc.Meantime,it discusses the relationship between low-carbon city and eco-city,the position,theoretical basis,evaluation index system and study direction of low-carbon urban planning. |
