摘    要:带蒸发空间的再沸器通常采用轴线平行的两圆柱壳体相贯的结构形式 ,主要由壳体、U型管束、管箱和鞍式支座等组成。阐述了再沸器壳体的强度计算和鞍式支座的结构设计 ,主要包括计算力学模型的建立 ;壳体中间截面轴向应力的计算与校核 ;鞍座截面剪应力和周向应力的计算与校核 ;鞍座的结构设计及应力校核。按上述设计程序设计的恒沸蒸酐锅再沸器已安全运行10年 ,实践表明设计方法是基本可行的。

Abstract:The reboiler with euaporation space is mainly comprised of housing, U-shap ed tube bundle, tube box and saddle support. The strength of the reboiler housin g is calculated and the saddle support is designed. The calculation and design i nclude: establishing a mechanical model, calculation and checking of the axial s tress on housing midsection, calculation and checking of shearing stress and cir cumferential stress on saddle section, and structural design and stress checking of the saddle. The reboiler designed according to the above-mentioned procedur e has run well for 10 years, this proves the design method feasible.
