| 摘 要： | 管壳式换热器是石油、化工生产中广泛使用的换热设备，由于结构、使用条件的多样性，在使用过群中可能会发生多种形式的失效。针对管壳式换热器常见的失效形式，分析引起失效的原因，提出预防及解决措施，并为管壳式换热器的设计、制造和使用提出建议。

| Abstract: | Tubular heat exchangers are the equipments widely used in the production of heat transfer equipment petroleum and chemical industry. As diversity of structure and use conditions, various forms of failure may occur in use of exchangers. In this paper, aiming at common failure modes of tubular heat exchanger , failure causes were analyzed, and some solutions were put forward as well as some advices. |
