Fe^3+(Al^3+)-EDTA—H2O体系水解平衡的研究及应用

摘    要:应用平衡原理和质量守恒原理对Fe^3+(Al^3+)-EDTA-H2O体系进行了分析和计算,并绘制了Fe^3+(Al^3+)-EDTA-H2O体系在标准状态下溶液中铁、铝的浓度与pH的关系曲线.分析结果表明,在该体系中通过控制EDTA含量和pH可将铝沉淀,而铁以配合物的形式存在溶液中,从而达到除铁的目的.采用该法可制得铁质量分数小于0.002%的高纯氧化铝.

Abstract:The system of Fe3+(Al3+)-EDTA-H2O is analyzed and calculated by conservation of mass and simultaneous equilibrium principles.Relation curves between concentration of Fe3+(Al3+),EDTA and value of pH are painted at standard state,The curves indicate that Al3+ can be precipitated by controlling concentration of EDTA and value of pH,but Fe3+ is still remaining in solution as complex.This principle is proved by experiment,which can be used to preparing high purity aluminum oxide containing less 0.002% of iron mass fraction.
