摘    要:气浮法作为一种高效、快速的固液分离技术,目前广泛用于给水的净化、城市污水和工业废水的处理。由于溶气气浮所产生的微气泡有利于细粒的浮选,因此对在水处理上比较成熟的溶气气浮技术在细粒矿物浮选方面的应用研究很有必要。本文阐述了溶气气浮机理,分析了微气泡和絮粒的特点以及影响溶气气浮的因素,着重论述了溶气气浮在细粒矿物浮选上的应用现状和发展前景。

Abstract:At present,the flotation method as a high-efficient technique for separating solid from liquid has been widely applied for purification of feed water and for treatment of urban sewage and all kinds of industrial wastewater.Since the micro air bubbles from the DAF are of advantage to fine flotation and the DAF technology is relatively ripe for water treatment,it is necessary to research the application of the DAF in fine ores flotation.In this paper,the mechanism of the DAF is outlined,the characteristics of micro air bubbles and floccules are expounded and the factors affecting the DAF are analyzed.At the same time,the status quo and prospect on application of the DAF in fine ores flotation are emphatically discussed.
