电液推杆在铝保持炉上的应用

指出传统的液压传动装置具有延伸面大、系统复杂,易产生振动、泄漏、污染环境等缺点,一旦出现问题,维修很困难。针对液压传动装置存在的问题,提出可用一种机电一体化的新型电液推杆执行机构,来代替上述装置,其使用方法简单、方便,效果较好,值得进一步推广应用。

Application of Electric-hydraulic Pusher on Holding Furnace

The author points out that the traditional hydraulic gearings have some disadvantages such as a wider extension,complex system,easy to cause vibration and leakage thus polluting the environment,difficult to maintain and repair once they are broken and have problems,etc..In light of these problems,the authour also recommends a new-type electric-hydraulic pusher mechanism to replace the traditional driving devices or gearings mentioned above due to its simple usage,convenient control and excellent result,which is worth to be popularized.
