| 摘 要： | 以聚砜为基础材料 ,对其进行合金化改性 ,使膜的耐溶剂性能得以显著提高 .探讨了改性前后铸膜液组成和成膜条件等因素对所成膜物化性能的影响 ,从而使膜的性能得以优化 .在得到较好耐溶剂性能膜材料的基础上 ,仿照工业流程进行了润滑油脱蜡溶剂回收实验室小试实验 ,探讨了实际操作中 ,膜本身性能和操作条件对该膜在溶剂回收中应用效果的影响

| Abstract: | The polysulfone /polyacrylamide alloy membrane was developed in order to modify the solvent-resistant property of polysulfone membrane.The compositions of casting solution and membrane formation conditions were investigated.The lab-scale membrane seperation experiments were carried out to recover the dewaxing solvent from organic solvent/lube mixture.The effects of membrane properties and operating conditions on the organic solvent recovery were discussed. |
