| 摘 要： | 装备联合保障体系各项活动的最终目的是形成装备联合保障力。装备联合保障体系各项活动过程的完成需要依靠建立相应的运行机制来保证。在建立装备联合保障体系运行构架的基础上,从集中控制机制、自主控制机制、整合机制以及平战转换机制4个方面,对装备联合保障体系运行机制的运行方式、应用特点等问题进行了探究,旨在为装备联合保障体系功能的实现提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | The final purpose of equipment joint support system is to form the equipment joint support force .The accomplishment of these actions is depended on the establishment of operation mechanism .On the basis of establishing the equipment joint support system structure ,the paper ana-lyzes the operation mode ,appliance characteristic of convergence control mechanism ,self-determina-tion ,conformity mechanism and peace-to-war mechanism .The aim is to provide references for the re-alization of equipment joint support system function . |
