热形变方法与Fe_3AⅠ基合金组织及性能的关系(Ⅱ)

摘    要:研究了热锻、热压与热压加热锻三种开坯方法对Fe_3Al基合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:热锻开坯虽可获得细小均匀的等轴晶,但热锻加工中坯料易产生裂纹;热压加工由于形变速率较低,提高了Fe_3Al的加工性能,能避免坯料产生裂纹,但开坯后组织不如锻造均匀细小;采用热压后加热锻的方法开坯,不但有效地避免了坯料产生裂纹,同时获得的坯料组织均匀细小,最终轧制形成的板材力学性能优良稳定。

Abstract:The effects of three cogging processing,(hot-forging,hotpressing and hot-pressing then forging)on the microstructure and propertles of Fe_3Al-based alloy were investigated.The results indicated that it was easy for Fe_3Al ingot to form crack by hot- foging,though the grains in Fe_3Al ingot could b refin d greatly after forging.The producibility of Fe_Al ingot was improved and the crack was avoided by hotpressing because of low forging speed,but the grain size in blank after pressing was not so uniform and small as forging.Cogged by hot-pressing then forging processing,the ingot of Fe_3Al-based alloy could avoid forming crack effectively and the blank could get uniform fine grains,the tensile properties of sheet with the blank rolled were excellent and stable.
