大容量涤纶短纤维纺丝工艺和设备的发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了我国涤纶短纤维设备的发展历史;分析了国内大容量涤纶短纤维设备现状;比较了涤纶短纤维纺丝工艺和设备特点,重点分析了大容量涤纶短纤维生产装置的纺丝关键技术,即组件、喷丝板、丝束冷却装置的关键技术;指出了提高纺丝单位产能的有效途径;比较了各种形式的丝束冷却吹风装置和喷丝板直径小于等于400mm和大于400mm时,两种吹风形式工艺条件下纺丝成品产量和质量的关联度;提出了对200t/d及以上大容量涤纶短纤维纺丝技术研发方向的建议。

Abstract:The historical development of polyester staple fiber equipment was introduced in China. The status of the large-capacity staple fiber equipments was analyzed in China. The characteristics of the spinning process and equipments for polyester staple fiber were compared. The key techniques of a large-capacity polyester staple fiber plant were analyzed emphatically, namely spin pack, spinneret, quenching unit.
