摘    要:设计了一种具有CAN现场总线接口的潜水电泵智能监控仪。选用P87C591作为微控制器,实现对潜水电泵进行智能控制和故障保护;采用ICL7109和多路模拟开关构成比率法测温电路;选择PCA82C250为CAN总线收发器,通过CAN总线网络把潜水电泵的运行状态传送给监控主机。介绍了监控仪的工作原理、硬件电路、软件设计流程以及网络系统结构和调试方法。

Abstract:An intelligent monitoring instrumentation for submersible pump based on field bus is designed.P87C591 is chosen as CPU of system,PCA82C250 as the transceiver for CAN physical interface.A ratio method to measure the temperature of motor's stator based on ICL7109 is introduced.Via CAN-BUS the monitoring instrumentation and monitor host computer can communicate with each other directly.The principle,the hardware circuit,the software programming of the monitoring instrumentation and the whole structure of syste...
