旋风炉高频电除尘器的开发应用

摘    要:文章分析了旋风炉烟气粉尘特点和旋风炉烟气除尘中常规高压静电除尘器效果下降的原因。高频供电具有提高高比阻粉尘荷电效率特性,通过使用高频高压电源对现有旋风炉电除尘器改进,电除尘烟气出口粉尘浓度由250mg/Nm^3降低到98mg/Nm^3,并解决了生产区飘灰现象,实现了旋风炉烟气粉尘达标排放。

Abstract:The paper introduced the formation and characteristics of dust powder of coal cyclone boilers, and analyzed the cause about efficiency descending using conventional high voltage supplier precipitator of coal cyclone boiler. The high frequency supplier could increase electric-charging efficiency of dust which had high ratio resistance. The method for modifying the coal cyclone boiler electro-precipitator with high frequency supplier decreased dust concentration of exhausting air from 250 mg/Nm^3 to 98 mg/Nm^3, and eliminated fly ash.
