湿法烟气脱硫GGH换热元件结垢问题探讨

摘    要:三河发电有限责任公司一期脱硫GGH换热元件结垢,不仅导致净烟气不能达到设计要求的排放温度,对下游设备也会造成腐蚀,同时增加了吸收塔耗水量,降低了脱硫效率,更严重的是GGH换热元件结垢严重,将引起增压风机出力增加,从而导致喘振,影响机组以及脱硫系统的安全运行.因此,改善GGH换热元件结垢势在必行,文章给出了详细的分析以及改善措施,力求提高锅炉的经济性和安全性.

Abstract:Desulfurization of phase one GGH heat exchanger components scaling of Sanhe Power Generation Limited Liability Company has not only resulted in wet gas being incapable to meet the discharge temperature required,but also caused corrosion on downstream equipment.Meanwhile,it increases the water consumption in the absorption tower,lowers desulfuration-efficiency.Furthermore,the scaling of GGH heat exchanger components is serious,which will cause the increase in output of booster-fan,lead to surge and consequen...
