| Abstract: | Focusing on the problems such as the cultivation system, the mentor system, the growth platform and the incentive mechanism in cultivating young teachers in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of sounding the pre-post training, perfecting the mentor system, building up the growth platform and perfecting the incentive mechanism for young teachers etc., which has certain reference value. |
