高校创业导师遴选机制构建研究

文章分析了当前我国高校创业导师遴选的现状和存在问题, 提出了从入选范围、聘任条件、聘用流程三个方面来构建高校创业导师遴选机制, 以此来扩大创业导师背景和来源的多元化, 规范创业导师师资队伍, 进而培养和提高大学生的创业能力, 促进大学生成功创业与就业, 对创业学生、高校、创业导师实现共赢具有重要的现实意义。

Construction of Entrepreneurship Mentor Selection Mechanism in Colleges

Based on an analysis of the status quo of and the problems arising from entrepreneurship mentor selection in Chinese colleges, this article proposes constructing the mechanism of college entrepreneurship mentor selection from such angles as scope of employment, employment conditions and employment process so as to ensure the diversity of the background and source of entrepreneurship mentors, standardize the team of entrepreneurship mentors, cultivate and enhance the career creation ability of college students as well as promote their career creation and employment, which is expected to be of great practical significance in achieving a winwin situation among students, colleges and entrepreneurship mentors.
