Design of a Large-sized and Precision Injection Mould for Automobile Headlight Lenses |

| Abstract: | A large-sized and precision injection mold was designed on the basis of the structural feature and aspect of automobile headlight lenses. The design ideas and experiences were summerized in terms of the inclined side core-pulling mechanism, the fixed distance parting mechanism, the “vertical water pipe+gradient water pipe+buffle-type water way” cooling mode, and the “elector pad+ejector pin” stripping system. |
