| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the necessity of establishing the incentive mechanism meeting the
requirements of scientific research management in vocational colleges, this article expounds
the principles related to the establishment of the mechanism as well as puts forward the
concrete measures, which is expected to give a full play to the potentiality of scientific
research personnel and promote the scientific research work in vocational colleges. |
