| Abstract: | This article summarizes the status quo of performing teaching duties honestly in vocational
colleges, analyzes the causes as well as proposes strengthening socialist core value
education, setting management specifications, perfecting research evaluation and assessment
system and establishing reasonable standardizing system and system of rewards and penalties.
