摘    要:鉴于供水管网具有基础性、复杂性、难于维护和管理等特点,利用管网工程原理和现代数学理论,建立了供水管网安全综合评价体系;在此基础上,通过全面分析相关的管网历史数据资料,提出了供水管网安全等级评价表;并采用多级模糊综合评判的方法,利用MATLAB 7.1编制了相应的实现程序,对青岛市某区域管网进行了安全评价实践,得出了相应的安全等级,为该地区供水管网的维护管理提供了重要的参考依据,并验证了该评价系统的实用性。

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of base, complexity, difficult maintenance and manage-ment of water distribution system, a comprehensive safety assessment system was built using system engi-neering principle and modem mathematical theory.Based on this, a table of safety assessment rating was presented through comprehensive analysis of the relevant historical data, and a corresponding realization program was developed through multi-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation and MATLAB 7.1.The safety as-sessment of a given water distribution system in Qingdao was carried out, a corresponding safety rating was obtained, and the practicability of this assessment system was verified.The comprehensive safety as-sessment system provides an important reference for maintenance and management water distribution sys-tem in this area.
