钢箱-混凝土组合梁弯曲性能试验研究

摘    要:基于当前钢-混凝土组合结构和钢管(方)混凝土结构在用于梁类结构方面存在纵向滑移和受拉区混凝土增加了结构自重等问题,提出了钢箱-混凝土组合截面梁。并通过5根钢箱-混凝土组合梁及2根空钢箱对比梁的模型试验,研究其弯曲性能。试验研究表明:钢箱-混凝土组合梁具有良好的抗弯性能和延性,符合平截面假定,极限承载力提高显著,试验中测试还表明钢箱中的混凝土与钢箱在受弯过程中纵向有明显的相互剪切作用,有利于充分发挥钢与混凝土各自力学性能。

Abstract:Based on the problem of applying popular steel-concrete composite structure and steel tube with concrete filled structure to beam structures,such as causing longitudinal slip in composite beam structure and increasing the dead load of concrete in the tensile zone of beam in concrete filled structure,this paper presents a new kind of structure,i.e.the steel box-concrete composite beam.Test studies of 5 steel box-concrete composite beams and 2 hollow steel box beams with same dimensions were carried out,which show that:(1) steel box-concrete composite beam has favorable bending resistance and ductility;(2) the deformation of the cross section of composite beam accords with plane cross-section assumption;(3) the ultimate bearing capacity is improved evidently.And the tests also show that the correlative restraint of longitudinal shear exist between steel and concrete,so that the mechanic properties of the both materials can be fully utilized.
