地下通信管道塑料多孔管挤出成型技术与设备

摘    要:根据我国地下通信管道发展趋势,以山东塑料机械厂研制的“TGD通信管道多孔管挤出生产线”和“PVC通信管道多孔护套管挤出生产线”为对象,介绍了烯烃塑料多孔管挤出成型工艺及设备和PVC多孔护套管挤出成型工艺及设备。重点介绍了针对不同原料和工艺可选用不同结构的挤出机,挤出模具和定型模,真空定型冷却装置,牵引机,切割机及制品收集装置等。还简要说明了地下通信管道塑料多孔管的结构,特点和应用,尤其是可满足施放100-300对电缆和96-1000芯光缆的使用要求。

EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT OF PLASTICS MULTI-HOLE PIPELINE FOR UNDERGROUND COMMUNICATION PIPELINE
Abstract:According to the developing trend of the underground communication pipeline in our country, the extrusion technology and equipment of the multi-hole pipeline made of alkene plastics as well as the extrusion technology and equipment of PVC multi-hole case-protective pipe are introduced with "The Extrusion Line of Multi-Hole Pipe for TGD Communication Pipeline" and " The Extrusion Line of Multi-Hole Case-Protective Pipe for PVC Communication Pipeline" developed by Shandong Plastics Machinery Plant as the objects. In connection with the different raw materials and technologies, those equipments with different structures as extruder, extruding die, shaping mould, set-up cooling unit, drawing machine, cutter, unit for collecting the products, etc. can be chosen. In addition, the structure characteristics and application of the plastics multi-hole pipeline for the underground communication pipeline are simply illustrated, meeting the operational requirement for laying 100-300 pairs of cables and 96-1000 cores of photo-conductive cable in particular.
