| 摘 要： | 针对柴油机上燃烧油煤浆泵柱塞弹簧在变载荷作用下,出现的断裂现象,文章通过分析喷油煤浆泵柱塞的工作特点和材料性能,阐述了一种柱塞弹簧的可靠性设计方法,并通过计算分析证明了该弹簧的可靠性,具有一定的应用意义。

| Abstract: | According to the breaking phenomenon occurred under the varied load role of the piston spring in the coal oil mixture jet pump of the diesel engine,with the analysis on the operation features and material performances of the piston in the coal oil mixture jet pump,the paper stated a reliability design method of the piston spring.The calculation analysis proved the reliability of the spring with a certain application meaning. |
