摘    要:某引进地面导航装备,工作体制独特,信号种类繁多,交连关系复杂,传统的检测维修方式难以保障该设备的正常使用,为此本文提出了基于PXI总线的智能诊断系统;详细说明了系统的硬件和软件组成以及故障诊断方法,以虚拟仪器和计算机自动化技术为基础,对故障树自动检测方法进行了探讨和研究,结合该系统需求,使用关系数据库,建立了系统故障检测故障树,并在测试主程序中进行了实现;与原有测试方法相比,该系统减少了测试的时间和强度,提高了工作效率,同时也避免了人工测试带来的误差。

Abstract:In order to realize automatic testing and fault diagnosis for an import aero-navigation equipment,which have complex signal relationship and hard to test by conventional ways and means,an AI test system based on PXIbus was designed.Also,the design of hardware,software and fault diagnosis were discussed in detail,and analyzed the FTA used in ATE,use the RDS build and code a FT in our test system.Compared with traditional test,it can not only reduce the test time and improves the efficiency,but also avoid errors by artificial test.
