摘    要:为有效地保护电动机,根据电动机的工作特性采用了序电流作为判据来判断电动机发生的故障,利用功能强大的单片机技术,结合不同故障保护对电流的要求,完成了保护装置的设计,实现了短路、堵转、启动时间过长等多种保护功能。研究结果表明:本装置弥补了常规保护的缺陷,对电动机保护器的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to protect motors more effectively, based on the existing problems in the protections for asynchronous motor, the magnitude of current component on each sequence during motor fault tested by means of synchronous component method was taken as the proteetion's criteria, the fault characteristic of motor was analyzed. And comprehensive protections were implemented (such as short-cut protection, no-running protection and long-time starting protection) by a single-chip processor. The results indicate that this method is a suggestion for designs of protections of the asynchronous motor.
