渐开线花键的参数化设计及NC加工

基于Pro/E强大的参数化造型功能,通过添加关系式实现了渐开线花键的精确建模,避免传统方法拟合渐开线所产生的齿形误差。由于采用全参数化的设计方法,只需按提示对渐开线花键的基本参数进行修改,即可快速生成各种不同参数渐开线花键的精确三维实体。在对渐开线花键进行精确建模的基础上,利用Pro/E的Pro/NC模块经过相应的设置可自动生成数控加工程序,有效解决了具有复杂形面零件的数控编程问题。

Parametric Design and NC Machining of Involute Spline

The precise model of involute spline is created by adding to relations based on Pro/E.It avoids the teeth profile error produced by traditional involute modeling methods.Owing to adopt all-parameter design methods,the involute spline will be regenerated rapidly,so long as the spline parameters are changged.Numeric control program is generated automatically based on Pro/NC model after some corresponding settings on the basis of the splines modeling.It solves the programming problem of the parts with complicated profiles effectively.
