摘    要:本文将遗传算法应用于大伙房水库跨流域引水工程长期优化调度中。为解决进化过程中产生的部分破坏约束条件的个体,采用对破坏约束条件时段的初末水位做出在水位允许区间内降低或抬高到某随机值的调整的改进方法,使得遗传运算得到的个体绝大部分为可行解,能够更快速地找到全局最优解。与传统的长系列法相比,在满足年保证率的前提下不但降低了引水量,而且提高了农业供水保证率。

Abstract:The genetic algorithm is applied in optimization operation of interbasin water diversion for Dahuofang reservoir in long period.The improved method,initial and final water leverel reduced or raised in a time interval of breaking restraint condition to random value in a permiting range for resolve a individual of breaking restraint condition in the evolution process. Makes the genetic algorithm to get a individual feasible solusion, can get quickly the overall optimization solusion.This method reduces not only the water diversion quantity, but also raises the assurance coefficient of agricultural water supply.
