| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的飞速发展和科学技术的不断进步.项目管理将成为知识经济时代和信息时代的新宠,如何高效率地进行项目管理已经成为决定项目成败的关键.阐述了耗散结构理论的基本原理.对工程项目的系统特征和工程项目形成耗散结构的可行性进行了详细论述.引入项目熵流和项目管理耗散结构的概念,最后就耗散结构理论对我国工程项目管理的启示进行了分析.
