阳离子乳化沥青用于碾压式沥青混凝土心墙配合比试验研究

摘    要:使用阳离子乳化沥青替代传统热拌沥青,采用均匀正交设计法进行碾压式沥青混凝土心墙配合比设计,优选出最优配合比。试验结果表明,9组马歇尔试验稳定度以及流值均可以达到设计标准,因此配制阳离子乳化沥青混凝土的拌和剂用量选择范围为12%~16%,级配指数为0.36~0.40,填料用量为6%~10%。经复演马歇尔试验,优选出的配合比在试验环境温度为40℃以及60℃情况下,都可以达到设计强度及变形要求,为今后阳离子乳化沥青用于碾压式沥青混凝土心墙提供一定的参考依据。

Experimental Study Compared with Cationic Emulsified Asphalt for Rolled Asphalt Concrete Core Wall

Abstract:Of the traditional use of cationic emulsified asphalt hot mix asphalt , be rolled asphalt concrete core wall with a ratio design , preferably using the optimal mix evenly orthogonal design . The test results showed that: nine Marshall stability and flow test values were up to the design stand- ards , so the choice of dosage formulation mixing cationic emulsified asphalt concrete can be 12% to 16% , graded index of 0. 36 to 0. 40 , the amount of'filler 6% to 10%. Marshall played by complex tests , preferably out of the mix in the test environment temperature is 40℃ and 60℃ under the cir- cumstances to achieve the design strength and deformation requirements for the future for the cationic emulsified asphalt rolled asphalt concrete core wall to orovide some reference.
