| Abstract: | There are various problems existing in the incentive mechanism for cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,i.e, single incentive subject, imbalaneed relationship between parties interested and incomplete guarantee mechanism for the incentive system. Corresponding countermeasures are then proposed in an attempt to provide references for an in-depth and effective cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. |
