| Abstract: | With the problems existing in the current sector performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges pointed out,the paper stresses that we must improve our understanding of the sector performance appraisal because it helps innovate the internal management system and operational mechanism and enhances the sectors＇ scientific management level. It argues that a successful implementation of the performance appraisal of college sectors entails the work of propaganda, scheme design and trial implementation. |
