摘    要:用树脂吸附法分离茶树叶提取液中的茶多酚、咖啡碱 ,通过对树脂吸附、脱附性能的实验研究 ,确定了用PA树脂和XDA大孔吸附树脂二级吸附法生产茶多酚和咖啡碱的新工艺。该工艺避免使用有毒的溶剂、无外添加物质、工艺简单、能耗低、污染小。将溶解度参数理论应用于脱附剂选择 ,理论预测与实验结果吻合较好 ,在脱附剂选择的定量理论指导方面进行了新的尝试。

Abstract:An experimental investigation is made on the performances of adsorption and separation of adsorbent resins for tea polyphenols and caffeine.Through experimental work in detail and thoroughly,a new technology for producing tea polyphenols and caffeine from extracted liquid of fresh tea leaves using two step adsorption method with XDA macroporous adsorption resin afterwards PA adsorption resin is developed.Compared with traditional processes,the new technology has the advantages of simple operation,no extra substances or toxic solvents to be used,low energy consumption and less pollution.Applying the theory of solubility parameter,an attempt at choosing desorption solvent theoretically and quantitatively is made,and the experimental result coincides with theoretical ones.
