摘    要:本文提出一种解决数字电流差动保护同步采样问题的新方法.该方法基于全球定位系统(GPS)的精确时间传递.不仅同步精度高.而且能使保护软件得到简化.新方法的采用将有望给电流差动保护带来技术上的进步和性能上的提高.文中简要介绍GPS概况.着重描述GPS时间信息的接收和新的同步采样原理,最后给出采用新方法的电流差动保护的基本方案.

Abstract:This paper presents a new synchronizing method of data sampling for digital current differential protection of transmission lines. This method based on global positioning system (GPS) not only gives high accuracy of Synohronizing, but also simplifies the software of the protection. The new method may bring a great technical progress to current differential protection and improve its function.This paper first introduces the GPS general situation, then describes in some detail the receiving of GPS time information and the principle of new Synchronizing sampling. At last, the basic designing scheme of this new current differential protection is given.
