加强冶炼工艺措施减少轧后废品

采用控制转炉过氧化、调节钢中氧含量、优选最佳工艺以数及杜绝高温挂罐等一系列质量管理措施，降低了轧后废品，使钢锭质量合格率大幅度提高，达到了提高降耗的目的。

Improvement of Melting Process Decrease in Amount of Rejection Rolled

The amount of rolled rejection is reduced by means of such several management measurements concerned quality as control of liquid steel over oxidized and the oxygen content in liquid steel, selection of optimum melting parameters and elimination of putting ladle with high temperature into operation, etc.. It can result in largely decreasing percent of pass in quality of ingot and further obtaining high quality of product and low consumption of cost.
