微乳剂配方中表面活性剂选择的方法研究

以3.5%阿维.高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂为范例,探讨了微乳剂体系的表面活性剂选择方法。结果表明,可根据浊点初步选择表面活性剂单剂,再综合考虑透明温度范围、冷贮、热贮指标,进行复配表面活性剂的筛选,所得优惠配方为:阿维菌素1%,高效氯氟氰菊酯2.5%,溶剂12%,表面活性剂20%,去离子水补足至100%。

Study on surfactant selection method in micro-emulsion formulations

This article has mainly discussed 3.5% abamectin and Lambda-cypermethrin micro-emulsion examples for micro-emulsion surfactant selection method.The results show that under the cloud point initial choice of a single dose of surfactant,and considered transparent temperature range,cold storage,thermal storage indicators surface-active agent compound aids the screening,the best formula were as follows:abamectin was 1.0%,lambda-cypermethrin was 2.5%,solvents were 12%,surfactants were 20%,deionized water was added to 100%.
