| 摘 要： | 根据大型轧机机架的铸造工艺方案要求,结合二重的生产实际,提出“组合盖箱”方案,并从理论和实际操作两个方面对“组合盖箱”方案进行论证和规范,圆满地解决了5 m宽厚板轧机大型轧机机架造型时的盖箱难题。

| Abstract: | Based on the technological requirements for the foundry of the heavy duty rolling mill housing as well as the practical production in China Erzhong,a plan of " builtup mould cope " has been put forward,which has been proved and perfected in the aspect of theory and practical operation,in this case the difficulties of the mould cope for 5M plate mill housing during its molding have been well solved. |
