深海环境碳钢的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:深海工程腐蚀防护技术对深海油气田开发进展的影响日益凸显。综述了海水溶解氧浓度、温度、压力、盐度、流速、生物环境等多种因素对深海金属材料腐蚀的影响,结合不同水深条件下含氧量对碳钢材料腐蚀的实际为基础,总结了采用有机涂层和阴极保护两大深海碳钢材料的腐蚀防护措施。

Abstract:Deep Sea engineering corrosion and protection technology on deep sea oil and gas field have development of increasingly significant progress effect.Reviewed the dissolved oxygen concentration,seawater salinity,temperature,pressure,velocity,biological environment and so on many kinds of factors on the influence of the deep sea metal material corrosion,combined with different water depths conditions of carbon steel material corrosion oxygen levels of the actual basis,and summarizes the organic coating and catholic protection two deep sea carbon steel material the corrosion protection of the measures.
