| Abstract: | This paper surveyed the characters of food safety legislation and supervision in the UK.for China such as coordination mechanism between the food safety law and the regulation,safety classified regulation mechanism,supervision and motivate mechanism,and continuous professional training mechanism are reviewed.function of china supervision government and current food administration system were also summarized. |
