| Abstract: | Urban expansion and population increases in Huangling County have encroached on and damaged the Emperor Huang Mausoleum site.The new plan for the mausoleum is based on a Grand Mausoleumconcept,which reorients functions within the county by highlighting the cultural and service areas.The plan controls the scale of development with a management structure of sections,levels,and phases.The county and mausoleum will be built into an ecologically,ethnically,culturally,and spiritually harmonious place. |
