加氢反应器配管布置要点和出口管道应力分析

摘    要:本文先介绍加氢反应器的平面布置、管道布置要点及管道支吊架的设计要点。再以某炼油厂800 kt/a柴油加氢精制装置为例,通过应力分析软件CAESARII建模分析,重点阐述了加氢反应器出口管道的应力分析,该管道为高温高压管道,属于GC1级,因此分析时还需要进行法兰核算。本文通过介绍加氢反应器出口管道应力分析的思路和注意事项,为以后类似装置提供参考和设计经验。

Abstract:The hydrogenation reactor layout and the key points of the design of piping and piping supports were introduced. Taking a refinery 800 kt /a diesel hydrofining unit as an example,through stress analysis software CAESARII modeling analysis,the exportpipeline stress analysis of hydrogenation reactor,the pipes for high temperature and high pressure pipeline,which belonged to the GC1 class,was focused on,and there would be a flange accounting analysis. A hydrogenation reactor export piping stress analysis method and the matters needing attention were introduced to provide the reference for the later similar device and design experience.
