丁辛醇装置丁醛异构塔工艺模拟及水力学计算

摘    要:针对某丁辛醇项目丁醛异构塔试车时出现的产品纯度不达标的问题,结合Aspen Plus和FRI软件,本文分别从异构塔工艺模拟计算和塔板水力学两个方面进行原因分析,研究了理论板数、进料位置、塔板结构、降液管面积、板间距等因素对异构塔分离性能的影响,提出了异构塔改造的可行解决方案。

Abstract:The problem of unqualified product in Bal isomer column was discussed from aspects of process simulation and hydraulic calculation,using Aspen Plus and FRI. The effects of theoretical stage number,feed stange,downcomer area,and tray spacing on product purity were studied. The reason was found and the solusion was provided.
