摘    要:为达到在行业内对锰硅矿热炉的设计进行交流和相互借鉴的目的,对埃赫曼康密劳项目的炉体砌筑技术、水冷炉口技术、炉衬检测技术、炉盖打结技术、电极柱技术、自动化操作和安全防护等方面的设计特点进行了较为详细的介绍。实践证明,这些设计特点,显著的提升了矿热炉的自动化水平,延长了其使用寿命,可极大的提高生产效率和经济效益。

Abstract:In order to achieve the aim with communicates and learns from each other of SiMn submerged arc furnace design in the industry, this paper introduced the furnace lining masonry technology, water cooling tap hole technology, furnace lining detection technology, furnace lid tie a knot technology, electrode column technology, automation and design features of safety protection, etc. in detail. Practice has proved that these design features significantly improve the automation level of submerged arc furnace, and prolong its service life, greatly increase the production efficiency and economic benefits.
