摘    要:除雾器出口雾滴含固量影响烟尘排放达标值,本文通过对实验数据的分析,得出雾滴含固量约7.5%的结论,改变了国内业界一直认为除雾器出口雾滴含固量等同于塔内石膏含固量的观点。本文还针对国内外雾滴测量标准存在差异易引起误解的问题,对两种测量标准进行了对比,得出国标收集称重法测量值较VDI3679撞击法测量值约高10-20 mg/Nm3左右的结论。

Abstract:Droplets solid content of mist eliminator exit affected the dust emission values. Through the analysis of experimental data,droplets solid content was about 7. 5%. The conclusion changed point of view that droplets solid content of mist eliminator exit was equal to the gypsum solid content in absorber. The two kinds of measurement standard were also compared. The measure value of national standard collection weighing method was about 10 -20 mg /Nm,which was more than VDI3679 impact method.
