矿热炉配料系统自动化控制改造的设计与应用

摘    要:为降低矿热炉生产过程中操作者的劳动强度,从原料配料精度及自动化要求出发,并结合系统的先进性和可靠性以及使用和维护的方便进行设计。该系统通过现场传感器及控制仪表完成数据采集,由CBS1000过程控制系统、光纤、双绞线、集线器和网络连接器及局域网等组成的远距离管理和通讯传输系统进行数据传输和管理,在生产管理控制系统的控制下,由现场控制中心完成实时生产管理,效果良好。

Abstract:This paper focuses on raw materials production process furnace on the batching precision and automation, from the point of view of reducing the labor intensity of the operator to realize unmanned operation and considering the advanced design and reliability of the system and is convenient to use and maintenance. The system completes data acquisition through field sensors and control instruments, remote management and communication transmission system consists of a CBS1000 process control system, optical fiber, twisted pair, hub and network connector and network made up of the data transmission and management. In the control of production management and control system, the control center to complete the real-time production managementh achieves good result.
