摘    要:分析了MT-3缓冲器中心楔块的结构和工艺,介绍了叉型锻件的制坯和对高筋薄壁结构锻件的预锻结构的优化.阐述了利用DEFORM三维模拟软件,对中心楔块锻造成形的全过程数值模拟仿真和模拟锻件成形情况.

Abstract:This article analyzes the structure and process of MT-3 draft gear center wedge, deals with the blank-making of fork-type forgings and optimization of the pre-forging structure of forgings with thin walls and high ribs. Meanwhile this article introduces the numerical simulation of the forging process of the center wedge by DEFORM software.
