中国的"压缩"城市化环境与规划应对

中国正在经历的城市化需要在较短的时间内高度浓缩地完成历史上欠账的工业化、现代化以及全球化、信息化等进程.与此同时还要受到日益趋l紧的内外环境的严重制约.中国城市化总体上是在完全不同于西方城市化历程所处的时空背景下沿不同发展路径进行的.表现出极为明显的历史与空间压缩特征.高度的时空压缩造成了中国城市化进程及其问题的复杂性和艰巨性,促使包括城市规划在内的城市发展模式必须进行根本转型.现尝试从城市规划角色定位、空间规划编制体系、城乡空间组织、公众参与等方面.提出在压缩城市化的环境下中国的城市规划必须进行积极的应对,指出应建构符合中国城市化范式、解决中国问题的规划理论.
